She concluded her PhD in Health Sciences by the University of Aveiro in 2011 and currently is auxiliary professor and coordinator researcher at the same university. She has 11 published books and several articles in specialised magazines on the health area. She also published in several specialised magazines and 26 works in events’ minutes, has 7 book chapters and 11 published books. Between 2013 and 2015 she coordinated a research project funded by FCT and at the present she integrates a researching team of the Revitalizar a Reabilitação Respiratória (Revitalise the Respiratory Rehabilitation) Project. She acts in the Medical Sciences domain with highlight in the following areas: Pharmacy, Ageing, Retirement, Primarily Health Care, Intervention Program, Health Promotion, Health and Retirement Transition.
