Online Access and Tests

Access to the online sessions is done via LOGIN. No access link will be required.

After login, please select the "Sessions" option on the left side menu of your personal area. You will be shown the ist of sessions in progress at any given time.

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we suggest that you test audio, video and file sharing beforehand.

See below the times when the technical team will be available:

To perform this test:

1. select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the website.
2. click on "Sessions" on the left side menu of your personal area.
3. enter the "Helpdesk" session

We also ask you to keep the following requirements in mind:

1. stable internet access
2. microphone and camera
3. use of Google Chrome or Firefox
